On April 15th, the 133rd Canton Fair, the largest in its history, officially opened with overwhelming popularity.
The exhibition halls were crowded with people, and many domestic and foreign buyers were hurrying around with their suitcases, shuttling between different exhibition areas, some of them even with flight baggage tags on their luggage.
Inside the exhibition area, exhibitors were doing their best to receive customers, showcasing their products and new items.
In the Building and Decorative Materials area, Gold Tortoise brought 11 hot-selling and new models of doors.
These beautiful doors have attracted many foreign buyers to stop and inquire about the products.
Our exhibitors were enthusiastic, hospitable and professional. And they even took photos with their clients.
From opening to closing time, the flow of visitors to the Canton Fair did not decrease. Even after the fair was closed, there were still long queues at the exit.
According to official statistics, on the first day of the fair, which was April 15th, the total number of visitors was 370,000, including 67,000 foreigners. In addition, there were 410,000 online visitors, including 280,000 foreigners. The cumulative number of visitors on April 15th and 16th exceeded 660,000.
This year, the majority of the participating companies were manufacturers and private enterprises, accounting for 50.57% and 90.1% respectively. The number of high-quality characteristic enterprises has reached a new high in history. There were about 5,700 high-quality enterprises, including industry leaders, specialized and innovative “little giants,” manufacturing champions, national high-tech enterprises, and national enterprise technology centers. Our company, Gold Tortoise Door Manufacturer, is proud to be among the 5,700 high-quality enterprises that participated in the event. The quality of the exhibition items has been further improved, with over 3 million items uploaded online by companies, including nearly 800,000 new products and nearly 500,000 green and low-carbon products.
As an important window of China’s opening-up to the outside world and a significant platform for foreign trade, the Canton Fair has been held for 67 years. Despite the impact of digital trade and cross-border e-commerce in recent years, the face-to-face communication effect of the Canton Fair is still much better than that of online communication. The Canton Fair has its own vitality and long-term significance as a barometer of the Chinese economy, especially the economy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
