A: We have been door manufacturer for 20+ years. Our factory is located in Guangzhou city, Guangdong, China.
Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Sure. You are warmly welcome. Pls take a plane to Guangzhou Baiyun airport, we will pick you up at the airport. It’s only 20 minutes driving to our factory.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: 1*20GP. And if you have shipping agent in Guangzhou, we can accept sample order.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It depends. Normally, 20-25 days after received the 30% deposit and confirmed all the details.
Q: Can you provide samples? Is it free or has extra fee?
A: If it is a small sample or material sample, you can get it for free. If it is a customized product, we will first charge a model sample fee and shipping fee. When the order is placed in batches, 100% will be returned to you.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: Normally, 30% – 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.Other payment methods can be negotiated.
Q: Is there any discount for bulk orders?
A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. The sales team will provide you with a personalized quotation based on your specific order quantity.
Q: Can I order different colors, sizes and models in one order?
A: Sure. Mixed colors, sizes and models are acceptable. One 20GP, we suggest 3- 4 models; one 40HQ, we suggest 5-6 models.
